The holiday complex "Neviastata" will be located in the site "Raikovski livadi" in ski resort Pamporovo. The winter resort is located around 1700 m above the sea level and is 85 km from Plovdiv. The building will be on 800 m from the existing lift station Studenec. The distance to the closest airport "Plovdiv" is only one hour.
The project consists of 55 spacious apartments with different area (55-140 sq.m), respectively with one or two bedrooms. All apartments are with unique south or south-eastern disposition and have a wonderful view to the valley of the city of Smolian. The ground floor of the complex is with business facilities: restaurant with capacity 120 seats, lobby bar, ski wardrobe, a few shops, massage room, fitness, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming-pool with length 12,5 m by 6 m width
The structure of the building is monolith reinforced concrete with walls of ceramic bricks. The facade will be processed with mineral plaster laid on the insulation, wooden boarding of rendered waterproof material and stone facing. The roof will be made of bitumen roof-tiles. The windows will be of PVC with double glass. The apartments will be finished as follows:
- the flooring in the corridors will be with ceramic tiles
- laminated parquet in the bedrooms and the sitting-rooms
- finished and equipped bathroom
- cupboards and sink in the kitchen
- the terraces finished with tiles
- walls - plaster, ground coat and latex paint
Heating is projected to be with a fireplace and it would be possible to montage additional heaters to it or electrical convector appliances. If the client wishes, he can pay additionally for furniture.
The complex has 24 hours security and security system. There will be parking places and kids playground.
The project will be finalized in 2007.
